Zari Consulting Group has been retained by Project Management Advisors to provide the smoke control system special inspection for the Britanna Oyster Point (BOP) II project located in South San Francisco, California. The BOP II development will consist of an upscale office and laboratory facility, which will contain the latest and most innovative life-safety system elements.
Zari Consulting Group’s role on the project will include duct leakage testing, leakage testing of passive smoke boundaries, stair and vestibule enclosure pressurization testing, and stair and vestibule door force testing.
We will also conduct testing on the fire alarm system and mechanical (HVAC) system to ensure the new smoke control system is completely reliable and meets the design intent and building code requirements.
