On March 3rd, 2014, the San Francisco Regional Office for Zari Consulting Group hosted an International Building Code (IBC) seminar for commercial architects, developers, contractors and engineers in downtown San Francisco. The seminar focused on Chapter 10 of the IBC and CBC, Means of Egress systems. The course focus included an analysis of Exit Access, the Exit, and the Exit Discharge for commercial buildings and developments. The course qualified for 1.5 AIA continuing education units.

After completion of the course, Zari Consulting Group hosted a social mixer, giving design and construction professionals the opportunity to discuss past project successes, lessons learned, and future opportunities in the development world.

With more than 50 professionals showing up to the event, it proved to be a huge success and we have already begun the planning stages for our next Building Design and Construction Social Mixer.
